Aromatherapy Wheat Pillow - 18 X 30cm

Whether you have a sore neck, back pain or muscle spasms the Aromatherapy Wheat Pillow is perfect to alleviate these symptoms. 

The wheat pillow is infused with lavender for calming aromatherapy. 

The pillow can be used cold to reduce swelling and inflammation or used warm to ease aches and pains as well as soothe tired muscles and joints. 

The pillow's size is 18 X 30cm.

For WARM Comfort:

• Place wheat pillow in the centre of the microwave and ensure the wheat filling is evenly distributed.
• Place 1/2 a mug of cold water in the microwave with the wheat pillow.
• Microwave for 45 seconds. 
• If additional heat is needed, continue to microwave in 30 second increments.
• Carefully check the temperature before use, if it is too hot, allow to cool.

For COOLING Relief

• Seal the wheat pillow in a plastic bag and then place in the freezer. 
• Chill the pillow for 2-3 hours.
• Remove the wheat pillow from the freezer and check the temperature.
• If it is too cold to wear comfortably, allow it to warm up to a comfortable temperature.
